Terms and Conditions:
- The call for quotation will remain valid for 7 days from the date of publication of this notice. Vendor selection will be done based on, firstly, fulfillment of required specifications and quality standards and secondly, cost-efficiency.
- Same vendor has to supply all of the equipment as these will be installed as part of communication system set at Emergency Operation Centers.
- The equipment should be supplied and installed within and no later than 3 months from the date of vendor finalization.
- Equipment should be supplied to the Emergency Operation Centers in Sunsari, Dhankuta, Udayapur and Morang, as well as National Emergency Operation Center in Kathmandu. Transportation, Installation and Commissioning of the Equipment must be completed by the vendor itself.
- For any other issues not mentioned herein this notice, shall be carried out in compliance with existing laws and acts.
